I analyze and write Omnia's custom behavioral profile reports. I’ve been with The Omnia Group since 1997. I began in a consultant/account management role and transitioned into analysis and operations in 1999. Prior to joining Omnia, I held a variety of roles in customer service, sales, logistics and retail. These experiences continue to help inform my evaluations of workplace environments, job demands and applicant potential.

I hold a bachelor's degree in English: professional and technical writing from the University of South Florida.
