I’m one of the newest team members at Omnia but come with over 25 years of experience in the dynamic field of human capital management. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the complexities involved in hiring and developing top talent.

As a Relationship Manager, I collaborate with organizational leaders across diverse industries, offering insights and solutions to optimize talent acquisition and employee development processes. It’s rewarding to see executives, functional leaders, and a talent acquisition team use our behavioral and cognitive assessments and be empowered to make data-driven decisions that drive improved hiring outcomes and enhance employee performance.

I’m a passionate foodie and culinary adventurer who delights in exploring diverse cuisines. I cherish quality time with my family & friends, making priceless memories with my son and grandson, growing herbs and vegetables in my garden, and taking walks with my loyal companion, my dog Mia.

I am a proud Seminole with a bachelor’s degree in Recreation & Tourism from Florida State University.
