Here’s what they had to say.
What advice would you give to the women you work/network with regularly?
“Be helpful, thoughtful, and kind and just be there. We are pioneers!”
- H. Caswell
“Seek balance. Work-life balance isn't always achievable every single day, but it is overtime. Cultivate your personal relationships and always keep an eye on your own well-being. You are at your best when you are healthy in body, mind and spirit.” - K. Snyder
“Focus on your personal well-being, create the balance that works for you and celebrate each other.”
- W. Sheaffer
What advice would you give to the next generation of women?
“Listen and take note. Women are capable of doing anything they set their minds to. If possible, find a mentor and help give others a leg up on your journey.”
- H. Caswell
“Learn early on what your strengths are and cultivate those throughout your career. Seek out opportunities that will leverage your strengths and help you continue to grow them. Don't focus on what you can't do - continue to nurture what you do well.” - K. Snyder
“Technology changes, but people work through the same basic challenges and go through the same emotional highs and lows. Be confident in yourself, yet open enough to learn from the generations before you.”
- W. Sheaffer
