Omnia personality: The Visionary

I joined Omnia in February of 2020 — a very interesting time to join! Heather asked me to take over the helm to lead the modernization of our systems and grow our footprint, and I was ready to take on the challenge. Prior to Omnia, I’d spent 25 years building global sales teams and leading exceptional client delivery teams across a few well-known professional services organizations.

My entire career has been focused on the human side of business. I’m passionate about creating cultures where people grow and succeed. I love helping leaders thrive by leveraging the unique traits and qualities of their teams. It’s rewarding to work at Omnia and see how our behavioral and cognitive assessments not only help organizations make better hiring and promotion decisions, but also how they ensure an individual has a better chance of experiencing role alignment that leads to more success and personal satisfaction.

I’m hugely passionate about developing our future generation of employees and dedicate personal time to mentoring school age and early career professionals. I currently serve on the Board of Advisors for the University of South Florida MUMA College of Business and actively volunteer in their Sales Business Development Club events and competitions. Another mission near and dear to my heart is The Portico, a community event and connection space taking up an entire city block in downtown Tampa. It includes a social enterprise café that offers people transitioning from homelessness, addiction, and incarceration with job training, employment ladders, and safe and affordable housing. I currently serve as the Chair of The Portico Advisory Team overseeing the implementation of The Portico’s vision.

I live in St. Petersburg, FL and cherish family time with my husband and two daughters. In my free time, I enjoy hiking challenges, travelling abroad, following Food Network Star recipes, and doing anything around the water in our beautiful bay area.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising from Ferris State University and did postgraduate studies in International Business at Baldwin Wallace University.
