As the CEO and Co-Founder of The Omnia Group, Inc., I have been dedicated to providing valuable insights into individual and team behaviors and interactions and helping organizations select top talent, reduce turnover, increase engagement, improve communication and build thriving workplace cultures for over 38 years. It has been amazing (wonderful) to see Omnia become a trusted partner for organizations globally seeking to enhance their performance and productivity. It brings me great joy to witness the positive impact we make in organizations of all sizes and industries.

I am passionate about driving success, fostering strong workplace cultures, and making a meaningful contribution to the community here in Tampa Bay both professionally and philanthropically.

I currently serve as a board member of Bok Tower Gardens and as a trustee at Zoo Tampa, two true Florida treasures. I am also actively involved in the business community as a member of The CEO Council of Tampa, the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF), and the Tampa Bay Committee on Foreign Relations.

Travel, all over the world, has always been and will continue to be a wonderful part of my life, which is just as well as our children, grandchildren and family are dotted all over the US and overseas. Walking and hiking are important pastimes and encompass my passion for nature and animals, and I love cooking, when time allows.

I studied at The Shute School in Devon, England and Queens College in London.
