Welcome to this edition of Omnia’s Partner Newsletter. We are bringing you exciting updates and news about where Omnia has been in the last quarter, and where we are headed! We celebrated our 37th anniversary, and what a fantastic 37 years it has been. While preparing for our office move (more information on that below) we found some great pictures of the original Omnia Behavioral Assessment.
Fun fact that some of our clients will know: the Omnia Behavioral Assessment used to be mailed out to candidates, mailed back for scoring, and the reports then mailed back to clients! We sure have come a long way! Take a look at the original assessment below.
We have been all over the country in the last few months! From Orlando to Austin and beyond (including many virtual events) we have been excited to see many of our partners out on the road. In April, our Chief Revenue Officer, Keather Snyder presented to groups at the Florida Association of Insurance Agents, as well as the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies. Tonya, our Director of Customer Success gave outstanding webinar presentations to MSO and First Choice Agents Alliance.
We have also produced some outstanding content recently that you might like to share with clients and prospects. Our Brand and Marketing Manager details how he burned out at 27 and how assessments can help prevent this for others. Jennifer Lucas, one of our analysts, wrote about performing self-check-ins mid-year to evaluate your career wellbeing. Wendy Sheaffer, our Chief Product Officer, detailed how to use personality types to avoid stress spirals.
The Omnia Group and PuzzleHR are thrilled to announce their partnership. PuzzleHR has begun providing The Omnia Assessment to their teams internally, as well as for their clients. The collaboration between the two organizations has allowed for cross-promotional opportunities to fill much needed gaps in the HR (Human Resources) industry. As part of our partnership, The Omnia Group was honored to sponsor a cornhole tournament in June with Omnia also participating on two teams, The People Readers and The Omnia Group. While our teams were eliminated in the first two rounds, we enjoyed the opportunity to network with PuzzleHR partners and clients. Take a look at the photos below to see our teams in action!
Omnia Needs Your Help with Validating Our Assessment!
We’re currently engaged in an updated validation study for The Omnia Behavioral Assessment and we need volunteers! We are looking for companies with sales teams of all sizes, and their supervisors, to complete our Behavioral Assessment. Sales must be the full focus of the position. While customer success teams and other positions may also handle sales, for this stage of the validation process, we need sales professionals who spend 100% of their time selling.
What’s in it for you? Each salesperson gets an individual sales style report outlining their unique traits and developmental insights for achieving sales success. The supervisor gets this report for each person on their sales team as well. This is over a $100 value for each individual. We are also providing gift cards for the supervisor who completes the questionnaire for everyone on their sales team!
Would you like more information or to volunteer? Please email Wendy Sheaffer at wsheaffer@omniagroup.com today. And, please pass this message along to anyone you know that might work in sales or manage a sales team!
We’re looking forward to rolling out our updated assessment in the near future!

Updated Pricing
In May of 2022, we announced that The Omnia Group will be raising our prices for existing clients effective October 1, 2022. New clients starting after May 1, 2022, were already brought on at our new pricing structure. As partners, we wanted to make you aware of the change and ensure that additional details of our updated pricing are coming in the next few weeks. We see this as a great opportunity to add additional value to our clients. With our newest validation study well underway, the Omnia Assessment is entering a new era and we are excited to share new opportunities with our partners and clients.
We've curated a list of articles you can share with clients. We also write content for partner publications. If you're interested in unique content, please contact Wendy Sheaffer.
