The Omnia Group, located at 1501 W. Cleveland Street, Suite 300, is looking for one or two compatible companies to share existing office space. A minimum commitment of 4 offices is required. There is 2,000-2,500 square feet of office space available, comprised of 9 offices; 5 have window views and 4 are internal. All have doors and are furnished with desks, chairs, and some storage. A few undercover parking spaces would be allocated as well. This is a professional office environment. Companies with limited outside visitors to the office are preferred. There is a common kitchen, copier, conference/activity room and lobby. Rental rates will reflect market conditions at the time of initial co-sharing. Co-share term cannot exceed Omnia’s term with its landlord, which is 3/31/25, subject to a renewal option to 3/31/28.
