Position primarily involves outbound service calls to our existing book of business, as well as producing consultative written reports to assess employee vocational and environmental fit.

Must have successfully managed accounts by providing quality solutions, building client relationships and promoting account growth. Must have successfully written reports or instructions that are informative, concise and detailed.

Position Description
The core duty of the contact specialist is to ensure the growth and retention of existing clients via proactive outbound calling. Assist with quality control. Write/produce Omnia work as required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Make outbound calls to current clients, provide proactive service that directly leads to the retention and growth of that client.
  2. Obtain key information on every account such as business plans, hiring plans, departmental plans and communicate key information to the team as applicable
  3. Document results of calls and service actions thoroughly in contact management database.
  4. Respond to incoming phone calls and e-mails from existing and prospective clients.
  5. Complete outgoing service calls within specified responsibility range and response time
  6. Develop and deliver quarterly training webinars per client’s needs.
  7. Provide value added services by sending appropriate marketing material and information to clients according to fixed guidelines.
  8. Coordinate telephone coverage with team members to ensure maximum efficiency.
  9. Special requests, sales support, Profile writing, proofing as needed
  10. Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS preferred and 2 to 3 years related experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office and SalesForce – SalesForce is not required but willingness to learn is
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, able to communication effectively over the phone
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time, wear a headset and look at a computer monitor.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients and other members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management, employees, clients, and reps.

Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to understand and carry out instructions, both written and verbal as well as use independent judgment, creativity and initiative to solve problems and complete assigned tasks.
